Brothers:

I would like to thank all of you for your confidence in electing me to the office of Worshipful Master. I look forward to a great year with our Lodge growing and gaining may new members.

I would also like to thank all of my officers for being in attendance at our Installation on January 2nd. This was a very special event for me and our Lodge. The ladies had prepared some delicious refreshments for  veryone to enjoy. Thank you LADIES Of the EASTERN STAR for all your help and encouragement. Also thank you to Sister Betty and son Doug for the decorations and set up. Everything was just perfect.

The Christmas Party December 19th was a success with many of our members and their families present. We had a surprise visit from Santa and a special surprise with Michelle Smith singing for us. The kids present received gifts from Santa. Once again the Ladies did an excellent job in preparing the food and a good time was had by all.

We will be resuming our Blue Lodge Breakfast on Sunday, February 7th. We look forward to seeing you there.

By now I am sure all of you have heard about our Bro. Matt Griffin and the loss of his home due to fire.
Everything was lost and Bro. Matt’s baby sustained burns and is still At Gainesville and will have to undergo surgery in the coming days and weeks. Matt and his wife Stacy inhaled a lot of smoke and Matt also had some burns to his face. Please remember Matt and his family during these trying times as he is trying to get everything together.
